zoe 2 ignite redemption hex ...etc before 6

i dont want to rant or anything .... but isnt her cooldowns abit to low ? ? ? and she just used 2 ignites on me :D i mean cmon 2 IGNites ?? she also used a redemption and hex item before level 6 while no one even had them in the game also exhusted me once too

i mean her kit already does So SO sooo much damage why give so much extra ability ? :) the player i played against was not good at all kept on missing everything but still even one skill shot would do so much damage .. and i was playing kassa which should be decently strong against ap mages

and i also like to add for a champion who spams so much ability in laning phase she didnt seem to go low on mana with runes and everything
