I call BS on Ryze Ult

I get what its meant for and i understand how it works... but... I just finished a game with a ryze that had guardian angel and zhonyas. I understand that if he ults and pops zhonyas he can be tele'd away, totally fair. What i call bs on though is that he's popped his ult and when guardian angel triggered it still tele'd him away while it was rezing him. Being able to rez and move at the same time is way too much survivability
