Teemo W

IMO, can't his w be replaced with something much better? I mean, that steriod is so useless when you lose it if you dont go straight with champs that have skillshots. All it does is nothing. I mean a little more movespeed would be slightly better. IMO, that useless w basically is like giving a teemo 4 abilities v an enemy champ w 5. What about his w being a stealth toggle that drains mana with his passive being increased movespeed based on how low you health is. That would basically allow a teemo player to have more freedom with stealth that also comes with a limit. After all, you could have more options for builds. For example, one could choose to build lots of mana for prolonged stealth. However, if you attack, the stealth comes off and if you move, the mana drains faster. Then, the passive would allow teemo to be safer when he needs to by allowing him a good escape.
