Please just click the link. I'm really curious if 20/2/20 is not worthy of a s. I mean, come on, even if it's , why do you get an a+ for that? Is this system saying that all outstanding swains do so much better. I mean, at least a s- would make sense.

KDA is not the be all end all for grading! Its only a PORTION of what it checks. As far as can be guessed it checks: CS, Wards (placed and destroyed), KDA, Objective participation. And who knows what else it checks but those are probably just some good starting points to think about.

eh what ive come to understand is u get an S just from Cs and other things i know i did a game as lux mid..and i asked azir to not attack me so i could focus on farming to see if it would play an effect into it and it does i think Gbays video would explane it more since he actually did it

You are graded (as is said in the multiple articles put out on Mastery Grading) that you are graded against other Swains in the same role. In this case, it looks like swain tops. So playing the OP champions will make it harder to get an S rank because you have to be in the top 5% of performances for example. Also, 174 CS for a 40 minute game feels pretty low as I see most people around 130 CS at 20 ish minutes.
