Is it me or is Lucian rather overtuned right now?

It never occurred to me because I barely ever see the champ, but I just looked over his kit and his numbers are looking a little extra generous.

I also just played against a Lucian mid. For starters, at level 1 his Q-->auto combo took me to half health. Needless to say the lane got very nasty very quickly, but thankfully I'm competent so he didn't get too out of hand..but by the beginning of mid game he was quite the overbearing nuisance.

After witnessing such power, I had to get a taste of it for myself. I took him top and--at level 1--I was taking 1/5 of a Renekton's health with my Q auto combo. I snowballed heavily and quickly. And I know damage is overall inflated right now, but damn.

Things aren't too out of control right now I guess (thankfully it doesn't seem like a lot of pros are picking him?), but I definitely think Riot should consider putting him on their radar.

Also with the right runes/masteries, a Lucian could trade early game and then lifesteal most of the health back in a matter of seconds. This is where the toxicity starts appearing and in my opinion this is a much bigger issue that is not exclusive to Lucian but is overdue for an inspection.

Edit: Lmao, nevermind. This monster is rocking a ~43% pick rate. I take it back. But still, thoughts on his current power level?
