Connection Issue?

Hey all, Whenever I am at home, about once or twice a game, I will get disconnected from a game. However, it isnt the normal 'Attempting to Recconnect', What happens is my character is still able to receive my ability inputs, but noone moves around me, and my character only moves to the last spot i clicked while i was connected, but once i reconnect would be moving to anywhere i inputted while I was dc'd, and if im getting attacked my hp bar goes down. Any idea of a cause?
