Just had a 47 minute game.
I miss when those were common :(

I just won an 18 minute game (last night). By taking the nexus. Backed twice I think. Held off the entire team and took nexus with my adc while mid jungle and top were still taking t1/t2 towers in their lanes.
I miss competitive games as well.
I played several games today where my team died more than 20 times in 15 minutes.
I also miss competitive games.
I'll admit, I've had 4- 45-55 minute games in the last couple days and I hated every one of them. (I won 3)
I don't like games being decided at 10 minutes, but I like them over by 45.
I remember when we had those. When we struggled to win 'til the end. And only archeived it because the team that had de lead just didn't know how to close or just was playing with us too much time.
Yes, it's more difficult make a comeback, but not a majority of the games that reached that time before where because an intense and fierce fight between two balanced teams. Just one struggling and the other straight bad at closing.
Seriously ? Having often 47 minutes game is awful
30 minutes game are fine, what's not fine is them being total stomp-fest.
In Bronze this would be considered a quick game.
They happen all the time in low elo. You just have to git bad.
I think long wins feel better but long losses feel worse. Your mileage may vary.
I always have this lategame fanstasy when i queue to play
of me using a game-changing rank 3 ult. Then the game ends when im level 12.
That sounds atrocious. I would have wanted to kms at the 40 minute mark.
Good meme @everyone downvoting other’s opinions that don’t coincide with their own. I do not like extremely long games but I also hate extremely short games. There needs to be a balance of an average game length of about 30-35 mins. Not absurdly long but not short. If most of my games were 50 mins each day, it would be seriously tedious to play this game, so hopefully that never becomes a thing again.
I think Riot realized that people don't want to be tactful or strong but want to feel tactful and strong.
I don't. They're usually really stressful and they make me not want to play any more games till the next day. It's also not as strategic as you think. It just becomes a game of who throws first. You feel better for winning but feel far worse for losing those kinds of games.
Personally, I'm not a fan of games that last more than 30 minutes. Whether it's preference or rose-tinted glasses from nostalgia, I just found it way too stressful when everything you did becomes pointless and it all comes down to a single mistake since death timers are so long. Nothing made me want to stop playing League more than spending 40+ minutes in a match only to lose because a teammate or myself made a wrong play, got caught out, or just getting unlucky then watching the enemy team march down mid.
remember when people used to cry about games being too long ?
Will never not upvote.
what can you do, tencent games
I hate long games, one team mate screws up and dies then its gg.
