Ryze nerf

I understand that Ryze is strong right now, but the W nerf is taking it a little too far. Last patch they reduced his Q damage on a procced target. His Q does almost all of his damage (especially because he has a utility ult), so that was a big hit. Nerfing his W is even worse. Ryze needs time to kill champions. Losing half of the root time off of his W doesn't give him the time to do damage. Even worse, if I proc a target and then root them, I lose an entire second of root time. That is huge. I think he needed a slight nerf, but nerfing him in a huge way two patches in a row was not a good idea.

Also, Ryze is only really decent in the pro scene. You may want to consider balancing him for players of all levels, not just pro players.
