Why are you nerfing Soraka while
ALSO buffing Grevious Wounds back to its old functionality? Does anyone remember Soraka's relevance before GW was changed in the first place? Aside from her little stint midlane pre-rework.

Probably because she is gonna sinergize so well with new
Soraka will inevitably be reworked again (probably next year) since she is basically in the same state as Ryze.
She can probably eat the nerfs and still pull a reasonable win rate TBH. Shes the highest winrate support right now, and the highest ban rate pure support. It might knock her a few pegs down but I doubt it drops her below 50%.
