you are lv 16. i watched streams from lcs players (meaning challenger elo) where their opponents failed with yasuo. its a high skill lv champ. and if i see my teammates wanting to play it in ranked i ban it. i rather risk them going to int cause they are little kids, than them playing that champ in low elo.

He needs that buff tbh. Useless in teamfights if noone picked knock ups, bad at roaming, since he can't maintain tornado longer than 6s, and he feels paper level squishy after loosing those defensive runes. He needs to win lane to be relevant early game. Sure, he will farm and eventually become strong by 25—30 minute mark even if he is feeding, but game is long decided by then.

Yeah, I'm sorry, but this an example of the kind of player that would die towerdiving a level 1 AFK champ even if you made Yasuo cause true damage everytime he crits. No matter how much you buff it.
