but it is a luxury item and 
will probably help you more overall. Triforce works w/ his E plus the health works w/ your Q, triforce ms/phage ms help you run down enemies especially w/ your ult R>sheen auto, Cleaver>sheen auto then E AA reset does a ton of damage.
Clearly you arent doing it right, you need AD/Crit Fizz.
Maybe because you fail horrible with it?
