I commend them tbh and if Rito ever notices a giant influx of reports against DQ'ers, maybe things will change.

Well, when you decide to solo Q and have your entire team FF at champ select but let you drop your LP or make you lose a promo series, you'll be inclined to report that premade, as well as want to prevent that premade from ever coming back into your matchmaking. :^)

"silent majority" any video that rito brings out discussing DQ is heavily downvoted and the vocal majority of disgruntled players comes out, and the "majority" of dq defenders comes in to defend.

You do know that you can post on FB, Youtube comments and the LoL boards at the same time right ? You don't have to post/comment/downvote in a single forum to the exclusion of all others. TLDR; Its the same vocal minority where ever you go.
