Did actually anyone expect Hecarim not to be broken?
Because when the whole rune tree gives bonus MS and helps you to scale with bonus MS on top of that, I doubt there's a single person not seeing it coming.

he isn't broken at all. he is still garbage. maybe in bronze to low gold yeah people don't know what t here doing and he seems very broken. theres just so many way's to mess with his charge and his kit mechanics that he is absolutely trash in higher elo's.
Tried him a couple of times with Predator because its really fun to combine Predator, Ghost, Youmuu and his E and just run people over, especially those disgusting Sona players early game. However late game he is really a trash pick, the damage is beyond the fucking roof as we all know by know and Heca, due to needing Triforce and maybe some Lethality, just cant tank longer than 1-2 seconds. I am yet to try Dark Harvest which will probably be better judging from my premade friend's gameplay, dude just gets a few kills and quite literally 2 shots any champion in the game EASILY with Kha or Lee, so I dont see why it wouldn't work on Heca and it would maybe also allow me to build a bit tankier so I don't get destroyed in 2 hits as if I am playing a fucking squishy support or something...
