Level 30 Player in Ranked, Doesn't know how to Ward, gets toxic for dying. Argue with me that people boost to 30 from bot games, doesn't matter, there is trinkets, there is Wards to buy etc,. There is little to no reason, other than sheer stupidity, that someone doesn't know how to Ward, I buy atleast 2 Pink Wards AT MINIMUM per game. One for placement, another if that one is destroyed. So tell me, why is it that someone can't ward. So its this, when someone goes to do Ranked, to start off, give them an IQ Test of 10 Questions, as much as a hassle as this would be, I think it is near required, because im tired of being reported for being helpful to my team, when the guy whose getting people to report me is toxic as all hell. So i do really think an IQ Test is needed Riot and ill gladly take one first before anyone else.

I'm not sure if you know this or not (I'm guessing not) but an IQ test would solve exactly zero of your problems here.

A test with basic gameplay knowledge would fit your post better, but it is still a bad idea.

So what you're implying is you'd rather keep it the way it is, instead of at least getting something in to help, that's what i'm getting from your guys posts.

No, what I said was that your idea doesn't solve anything at all, and should not be done. I'm all for helping people to learn the game before they play ranked, but your plan is retarded.

I mean i play ranked and the only ward i ever use is my trinket ward and im just fine... i mean granted i should buy more wards but i never seem to have the money left over to do so which is probably one of the reasons im only silver... but not warding doesnt entail that someone should need to take an iq test to be able to play ranked

It does if you don't know how to ward, and blame others for your failure.

Curiously, your op.gg indicates that you haven't purchased a single ward in your past three ranked games, and haven't upgraded or switched your trinket in just shy of four months.

I said you don't purchase wards, which you didn't in the Cassiopeia game. Also, given that you purchased 0-1 pink wards in each of those games -

I buy atleast 2 Pink Wards AT MINIMUM per game.

I'm disinclined to believe this.

My point is proven right there in my Cassiopeia game, its kind of hard to go into an unwarded jungle, to put a ward down when your constantly pushed by the enemy team, as a mid laner, it isn't my job to make sure top river bush is warded, or jungle is warded during lane phase, I simply didn't purchase any wards that game cause there wasn't a point. People were too stupid to stick together. I'm not going to waste gold on a useless purchase that only results in me getting killed without being able to place the ward. I'd rather try to defend, than keep giving a free kill. Also, read what I said again. I said I buy 2 PINK WARDS at minimum, but I don't buy the second one unless the Pink one is destroyed.

What's the difference between you not warding and one of your apparently low IQ teammates not warding?

"Let me go on the forums and post a grammar-be-darned monstrosity of a text dump and advocate for an IQ test. Because there's NO hypocrisy in that whatsoever! Tee hee, I R CLEVR."

Let's talk about you being "helpful".

I'm willing to bet that your version of helpful is 'do what I say because I know better than you'. Let's be perfectly honest here--I sincerely doubt you had the level of patience to explain why the things you wanted done should be done. "Sheer stupidity" is hardly an objective assessment of a person with whom you've played ONE game. Let's not pretend that you have the cognitive faculties to psychoanalyze someone because of one game. Unless you're bald, psychic, and paraplegic, in which case I stand corrected.

For all you know, this player's been winning games just fine because the rest of his team covers the warding. It's entirely possible to go for several games and never even consider ward placement, where to sweep for them, pacing your purchases to know when to buy them without stunting your own item build... Do you think people just pick this up? It's not as intuitive as you'd like to believe (and not just because it wouldn't fit your already biased narrative). You didn't pop out of the womb knowing how to place wards, I'm sure. Part of the reason you probably get reported is 1) you take your own knowledge for granted which 2) causes you to lash out at others because you can't fathom why THEY haven't learned it yet.

People have vastly different experiences than you. This is something you'll have to accept in life; might as well start with this game.
