Why do you do this to ryze

As if a 43 wr champ couldn't get any worse.. you run out of Mana in the first 3 waves, your early game is discustingly weak, you have literally 1 or 2 build paths you can take every game. Yet ahri (one of the easiest champs in the game) remains the same for eternity and has everything in her kit cc, dmg, mobility, sustain. It's so annoying how riot leaves easy to play champs op. I made plat 5 with just ryze with 60 wr 100+ games played, and every patch that shts on him I have to adjust ex: I have to back early due to less Mana, can't go rOa anymore because the game won't last that long, if u get 3 man ganked you are done, 5 combos = 1 viegar q, can't zhonyas and ult away anymore, e eats your Mana bar like crazy, useless ult without teammates with a brain. If u want to fix him, just change his ult for worlds. Ffs why make a champ so bad, yet jhin hurts for 1000dmg each aa. I need answers..
