Idea For The Runes

Before anyone clicks away thinking," Oh God. Here comes another guy complaining about the runes," I want everyone to know that I'm not complaining. Actually, this is mainly just an idea for the champion select. I'm sure that plenty of other people have suggested this, but wouldn't it be nice to be able to change runes like you can with masteries in champion select?

The rune system needs to be reworked entirely.

then riot can't make money off rune pages because you can just keep editing the same one depending on your matchup in champ select
