Is it safe to talk about Kassadin yet?

I miss Kassadin. There are 3 things I wish he could have:

1. I wish he could have a silence on his Q again.

2. I wish that his E did either more damage or slows more again. (Its dumb to reduce it. He only gets it after doing a lot of spells.)

3. His R needs more damage. Or just take away the gain in needed mana. That is pathetically stupid.

Unlikely, I would say; he got a rework not too long ago, and I don't see many pick/bans for him in professional play.
