Zielmann1 votesWhat rationale did you use to figure these out? Logically, Vayne should have the lowest required AS to reach max, as she has the highest base AS at 18 for any champ. Additional attack speed is a multiplier of base AS, so highest base should have the easiest time reaching max AS. After that, your order seems right. Kennen, followed closely by Teemo, and Twitch a tiny bit behind them.

As for your post, technically she does NOT have the highest base AS at 18, because base AS never increases nor decreases. You are referring to her having the highest AS** growth**, tied with Caitlyn. Twitch actually has a higher base AS than Vayne, though less growth. (Twitch 0.679 vs Vayne 0.658).
Kennen and Teemo have the highest base AS (0.690) out of all RANGED champs. The highest value for base AS (0.694) are tied amongst four champs: Akali, Shaco, Olaf, and Maokai.
