This is the worst fucking thread I've ever seen. There is no valuable discussion or provocation of thought contained within your post. Just a stupid arbitrary claim and nothing else. Literally complaining that a champion whose sole purpose is to deal damage does too much damage. Congrats.

He was just buffed actually. More true damage and higher AP ratio on Meditate. Also indirect buff through Bloodrazor.

Then what's your point? I mentioned that because his damage was just increased, so you can infer that he won't be getting nerfed soon, if you mean he has too much damage.

Problem is he has no counter play, because of his damage no one can 1v1 him. Not even Olaf. There may be more op champs but no one as toxic.

Have you considered that perhaps the coutner-play to Master Yi does not involve 1v1ing a champions specifically built for 1v1s?

that's what I mean by no counter play. Take any other good 1v1 champ, all of them can be beaten by someone, all of them have counters. Or at least you can outplay them.

roots stuns and kiting....nothing has changed about yi that makes him impossible to deal with in league, perhaps the champions youre playing against yi cant handle him..like olaf, but just because olaf cant beat him doesnt mean he is unbeatable..morgana Q will still stop him in his tracks. and the most hilarious thing to see is fiddlesticks fearing a master yi with his ult on...he runs all the way back to his base at 150 mph, lol.

that being said..he didnt need anymore true damage..thats just bs

Exhaust works pretty well too though it's obviously not high on the list of summoner spells most people bring to a match.

exhaust has no effect on yi in his ult, so its somewhat of a poor measure which is why i didnt mention slows, they dont work either if he is in highlander.

I thought exhaust lowered the target's damage by 40%. Did they remove that or does his slow immunity make him immune to exhaust completely?

I don't really keep up with patch notes so I might be working from very old knowledge here.

its only 2.5 seconds, it will not reduce his movespeed, or his attack speed, and it does not reduce true damage. So maybe a minor overall damage output reduction to his base damages, but in the end its like having 15 more armor, its not going to save you or kill him.

Thanks for the info. Didn't know exhaust had no impact on true damage.

I wonder if it always worked like that or if they changed it at some point when they started messing around with summoner spells? There's been so many patches since I started playing that it all kind of blurs together.

Yi is squishy and does no damage while stunned. If he gets stunned then he can instantly die. He's strongest when you have no CC and your entire team tries to run while dying one by one.
