I dont understand, i try to reach 30 and i saw that if i win a 20 min game i get way less EXP than if i loose a 30 min game so the profile level experience counts through time played ?
Both, a short game you lose is less then a short game you win. a short game ytou win is less then a long game you lose, yet a long game you win gives you the most. at a certain point the XP gain from time stops which i think is at the 40 minute marker or something. for exact calculations check the LOLwiki below.
I don't want to get more EXP for stalling games... That's just ridiculous.
