Twitch and balance thoughts.
Currently I feel like twitch faces a few problems. He is an immobile ADC, which can work, but only when they have absurd power to back it. Look at Kog, his w is nuts, and on a pretty low cooldown all things considered. He has a passive AS buff. He has a slow field. He has a long range bush/objective checking tool, that also doubles as a poke. He has a arm/mr shred tool. Now while Twitch has a slow, it's instant, and much smaller than kogs. He can check bushes, but not very safely with his w. His AS roid only comes to him if you use his only "escape". He can stealth, but not for long. Late game he can do a good bit of damage with his ult, but only if played perfectly, and has a pretty high cooldown, plus factoring in diminishing damage through each target, it doesn't give him quite enough. So how do we fix this issue? I propose his Q gives a passive buff like kogs, or it doesn't stop from activating while taking damage. Maybe turn the going to stealth phase to a burrow, so he's untargetable, but he can't do anything during that time. Little tweaks like that could very well make him a top tier adc. He already has a poor laning phase, so give him a bit more to make up for that. Changing his W to not cast animation and just being a slow + poison applicant to all enemies around him could even be a huge buff to him. I'm not saying I have all the answers, I'm not the best at this game, but it's no surprise that he is far from top tier. I just wish Riot could find a way to make him a contender at every level of play.
