why on earth are twitch and varus getting straight up nerfs
They were already bad, and apparently they are being gutted further while other adcs get cool new toys? Why would I ever want to play this shitty role again

What!? Did you even read the notes?
Its not a nerf, its a massive powershift.
First of all, he ALWAYS crits the target he autos with his ult up. His invisibility resets after a kill, so in conjunction with his 100% crit with ult, he can assassinate someone from a long range, and vanish into thin air again.
And how was varus nerfed at all?
Can you stop judging champs before you even play them?
Varus isn't getting nerfed, the buff is just not relevant.
Haven't looked much at Varus, but I wouldn't call five seconds of guaranteed crits a 'nerf'.
ap varus gets a buff now you can burst anyone for 70% of max hp on top of 1:1 ult ap ratio hue
