This a champ I want to burn more than Teemo. He is babies first assassin. Do you think this piece of shit champ is fine or needs a nerf? You don't get punished for being bad with him (if that is even possible).

Meanwhile Fizz with prolonged untargetability (much longer than pool) that gives him tons of mobility, is on a super short CD, and nukes. It is objectively stronger than Vlad's pool was on release. They used to call it 'troll pool.' Troll pool? Meet troll pole, and look into the real face of terror.
