New potions grant too much favor to mana users? What about energy users etc.?

I was looking at the all of the item changes and it occured to me. They got rid of base red pots, and replaced everything with stacked flask charges that all have a mix of health and mana.

You know, not everyone wants mana, and i think many of us would be rather upset to be forced to have our only potions have a portion of their power budget spent on replenishing a stat these champions don't use. (might have missed one.) I know I for one REALLY don't want potions regenerating mana while i'm trying to play my Riven or Aatrox. I want to kill and not die. Giving me a slapped on stat that i don't need in this case is just painful and a blatant waste of gold efficiency on these champions.

base reds still exist. base blues are gone. You can not have base reds and one of the new flasks at the same time. SO no this will not affect mana-less champs at all.

None mana resources honestly don't need any help.

Champions without mana don't deserve items catered specifically to their needs, they are already given the benefit of not having any mana.

The base flask is pretty good on it's own though...
