Idea's for a LeBlanc rework

So I've come up with a few idea's for a kit rework on LB, let me know what you guys think.

Q Sigil of Malice: Range:900 up from 700, Cost: 30/40/50/60/70, Cooldown: 7/6/6.5/5/4

::CHANGED TO SKILLSHOT::

ACTIVE: LeBlanc projects an orb in a lined skillshot towards her target, dealing magic damage and marking the target for 3 seconds.

If the target takes damage from one of LeBlanc's abilities, the mark will trigger, dealing bonus magic damage and apply additional effects based on what is used to detonate the mark.

INITIAL MAGIC DAMAGE: 70 / 100 / 140 / 170 / 190 (+ 30% AP)

SECONDARY MAGIC DAMAGE: 90 / 130 / 160 / 190 / 230 (+ 60% AP)

AOE DAMAGE WHEN DETONATED WITH DISTORTION, MAXIMUM 3 Targets: 45/65/80/95/115 (+ 30%AP) AOE DAMAGE WHEN DETONATED WITH MIMICKED DISTORTION: 54/78/96/114/121.8 + (+36%AP)

NOTE: AOE damage can not affect the person already marked, only those around them.

W: Distortion RANGE: 550 COST: 70/75/80/85/90, COOLDOWN: 18/ 16/14/12/10 Dash speed: 1600

FIRST CAST: LeBlanc rapidly dashes to a target location, damaging enemies within a 200-radius area and leaving behind a return pad. LeBlanc can activate Distortion again after 1 second in the following 5 seconds.

SECOND CAST: LeBlanc blinks to the return pad.

MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 115 / 135 / 160 / 200 (+ 40% AP)

If Distortion is used to detonate Sigil of Malice, the mark will detonate in a 400 yard radius dealing 50% of it's secondary damage to enemies in that area. The damage is increased to 60% if detonated with Mimicked Distortion

E: Ethereal Chains RANGE:950/1000 COST:70 COOLDOWN: 12/10/9/8/7

ACTIVE: LeBlanc flings illusionary chains in a line, dealing magic damage and forming a tether to the first enemy it hits for 1.5 seconds. While the tether persists, the target is slowed by 25%.

If the target does not leave the tether's range in time, they are Root icon rooted for 1.5 seconds and dealt the same magic damage. Additionally if Ethereal chains is used to detonate Sigil of Malice, the mark will grant LeBlanc a magic damage shield for 50% of it's total damage, this shield is increased to 60% when used on Mimicked Sigil of Malice.

R: Mimic Cost: 25/50/75 COOLDOWN: 40 / 32 / 24

ACTIVE: LeBlanc re-casts the spell she previously cast. The mimicked spell's effects are the same, but the damage is replaced with a different amount based on the rank of Mimic.

MIMIC: SIGIL OF MALICE: 75 / 150 / 250 (+ 70% AP) AOE damage when detonated with Distortion, 37.5/75/125 (+ 35% AP)

MIMIC: DISTORTION: 100 / 250 / 375 (+ 100% AP)

MIMIC: ETHEREAL CHAINS: 100 / 175 / 275 (+ 70% AP)

MAXIMUM DAMAGE ON Q: 150/300/500 (+ 140%AP) MAXIMUM DAMAGE ON E: 200/350/550 (+ 140%AP)

Description : Sigil of Malice base damage down by 50 since ratio is bumped up by 10%, this will help LeBlanc scale better into late game vs mega tanks, same with distortion and Ethereal chains has the base damage lowered by only 25 and the ratio bumped up by 5% to make it scale a little better into late game, since this ability is a little harder to hit on an enemy with it's low projectile speed, it's naturally going to do just a little bit more damage.

P.S. Please give me CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and not negative feedback please. Let me know if there are things that I could tweak, e.g. numbers, secondary effects etc.

The secondary effects are just too much. She is good where she is at. The extra effects would allow her to 100-0 an adc and chunk someone else for 50 percent of their hp, or she can 100-0 a squishy and leave with a 400 shield back to her w. That would leave even less room for counterplay than there is right now.

Well the addition of a skillshot Q is that it is much harder to hit than it is right now, the only reason she is so good at what she does now is because everything in her kit atm is point and click except E, however the shield could be removed in favor of a AOE root in a 250 unit radius to a maximum of 3 people...?

And I mean the AOE damage really isn't even that high, the bases nor ratio's.
