Please riot make it more difficult for Galio to farm

At the current state he farms lane in the same way as anivia, just casting one ability clears the entire wave out and gives him 100% of the farm. This is way too easy. Please make it so his Q deals reduced damage to minions or something. It's really annoying how he can just cast one, or two max abilities and with the cooldown so low, if you don't farm below turret he can just taunt and punish you freely. Gets really old. Meanwhile Galios in gold are getting 100 farm per 10 minutes unless they are playing for the first time and have no idea what they are doing. With the exception of Anivia who I've given up all hope for being balanced, champions shouldn't just have an auto-farm spam ability; Rather, there should be at least some skill-based element to farming so champions don't automatically reach full build by 27 minutes in lower elos. It's highly unbalanced.
