Riot, why didn't you consult even a SINGLE vlad main about this?

Yeah riot it's obvious that you pretended every single vlad main in competitive play on earth didn't exist for this update and took no consideration for vlad players into account. You literally decided "We'll make him a useless champ lol." and rubbed your a-hole all over his coding then sucked him into your mouth and spat him out and said "There he's balanced now you F*cks have fun vlad mains we'd do that to your face if you were here too."

You could have asked me to help you preserve his identity or any vlad main i'd trust any vlad main on earth to know what he'd need and it's obvious that you didn't, you insolent pricks. Now you ruined a favorite champ of thousands of people in the world and you're not going to rectify it because to do something this blatantly ignorant you obviously didn't care in the first place.

FYI Riot you have my personal info so you can contact me personally if you want me to help you fix vlad. You can go to hell personally but I've invested enough time and enjoyment into vlad that I'd work with Kim Sung Il himself to fix vlad if I had to. I also care enough about my vlad main brothers that I'd do anything possible to fix this if I had the power. Sorry to make it obvious to you but some simpleton like me is willing to put more effort into fixing this than all of you combined ever will. Not that I expect you to give any craps about this but I can say I've done my part by offering assistance. Up to you to take me on for my offer.

he is considered pretty strong in higher elo, drawing some bans. You are playing him wrong potentially. Are you maxing E?
