This is a thread that we as a group can decide which champions needs to be buffed/nerfed in what way. Put it down below and I will put it here.

Ex: Reduce E damage scaling from 75% to 50% Hyper Charge Reverted to 130% AD

Buff fetch3000rules to realize asking the forums for an actual balanced list will end with "Nerf Riven no AD scaling no dashes no hard cc".

I wish Fizz's E was more based around the untargetable part of it and did less damage.

This is terribly needed. It is OP enough with such a low cd late game with that bs invulnerability (including countering Zed's ult), it is not necessary to deal that shitton of damage, especially as it comes with a slow too......

Jayce's hypercharge damage reverted back to to 130% ad.
