like you throw Three Es and you are oom and you just have done half the health of your opponent, her mana pool translates into soooo litlle damage, if another mage downloads their whole manapool into a champ they are probably more than dead. I find it unfair cuz then enemies can just pot their health up and you are just one sitting duck in lane gettin abused by your opponent.
She's a late game champ meant to scale. Think of her E as an enhanced auto attack that needs items to scale. she a lot like ryze early in that her combo isn't too difficult but you need to stick to the enemy to land it all and it's not OP at level 3. Unless you're playing some highly mobile midlaner try not even leveling miasma right away. You don't really need it until level 5 and he e will do good damage in trades if you land the Q. She's really weak without tear or catalyst
She's supposed to be a lategame champion, and she's gained more of that.
