Sitting at a 55.5% win rate. Why? I don't know. Maybe because she counters every champion top laner that has a dash with the exception of poppy and fiora while being able to harass freely from ranged and in the case you are able to reach her, enjoy being blinded. Or it could be by the time she hits 6, your mid lane will be playing a 2v1 lane, your bot will be playing a 3v2 lane and your jungle is now hers.
I think Quinn has been hidden OP for awhile; just a lot of players didn't use her. I've always loved Quinn, and played her when she wasn't that popular. But that's just always been her kit, it really hasn't changed that much.
She is just finally in an environment where she can be kinda meta and shine atm.
Good for her.

She is disgusting, and strong, but her strength is very narrowly focused. When played into the right situation the win is fully in her hands, but if played into any old situation she can actually be stupidly weak.
