@RIOT: Remove death recap
As it is now the only thing it can do is annoy you. So if you're not planning on making it work in the next month just remove it until it gets fixed. No reason to waste resources on a useless function.

Why would they remove it? Its barely a nuisance only a small bar at the top of the screen when you die and can't do anything anyway.
What are you talking about? Death recap is extremely useful. I mean, after a 4v4 mid lane, I wanna know how much damage those melee and caster minions did to me.
