people stopped finding it fun ranked is dumb right now balance is dumb games are decided at the 10 minute mark frequently a lot of reasons

they didn't quit league, they're all on the tournament server practicing for LCS to get better because dynamic queue brings too many scrubs up and theres no competition anymore.

and streaming just so happens to be forbidden on the turny server.

This is the exact reason. The pros would rather play on a balanced playing field by avoiding dynamic queue so they can play against people their same skill level even if it costs them their streaming $$$

Grew stale for lots of folks. I mean people have been playing hours a day for years now, it ought to get old sometime.

For a number of them, I think the wait time in higher elos and the fact you can't get your role often enough is a big issue.
