I don't know. I expect it will stay the same or decrease very slightly.

I haven't lost with an allied veigar or as veigar yet.

Depends, will people think he actually got buffed? Then play him and feel the smile slowly turning upside down?

Or will people see through Riots "hilarious" commentary and not play him at all?
