Lower Priority Queue for PC craching and more.

So, here I was minding my own business.. Loosing really really badly in a ranked game. Getting yelled at and everything by a member of my team who's very name was toxic. My PC was starting to lag. I look in my processes to find that my System was using 92% of my RAM. I fixed it a little bit, and was like okay I got this now.... 5 minutes later my PC freezes and I had to restart. Why is it that for my PC crashing do I get punished? Before someone says "Oh Rito can't tell your pc isn't working." Shut up. They can tell if their game crashes, they can also tell by how suddenly your PC looses connection to their servers. They can tell everything, from where you are when you loose connecting and when you come back. So why punish someone for their PC screwing up? Now I am stuck is this BULLSHIT 5 minute wait time FOR NO REASON other then that my PC crashed. Yup. Totally legit. What about the guy that was toxic? Who ruined the gaming experience for EVERYONE in that game? I'm sure he got to be just fine and is playing another game while I am typing this. So again, why do I get punished for something that isn't my fault? I've had similar things happen to me before and I didn't get punished, but now?

I mean, this is sick and disgusting that you would get punished for something that your PC/Operating System did. Make your game smarter or take out the punishments. Your game literally spreads toxicity because of your punishments. I want to join a game and yell at EVERYONE because of this. Not to mention your stupid fucking LP and MMR system. Let's have someone who was queued up with and against Gold players at level 23 to level 30 pre-ranked grouped up with these worthless players that don't know what a ward is? OR how about you win 2 games in a row and loose one afterwards and have all the LP from those games taken away? Why does that make sense? Really!? Who the hell came up with that? OR how about that you'll get punished if someone on your team feeds on purpose? Or sits afk on purpose? Why do the innocent players get punished for that by loosing A LOT of LP?

I know this will generate a lot of hate, but oh well. At this point the game isn't enjoyable because of all the toxicity. Toxicity breeds Toxicity, especially when it goes unpunished and others are punished for no reason. Also, I think that this was the best board as there doesn't seem to be a suggestion one.

Now before I actually hit the button, I'd like to ask: Should the punishment systems and the LP systems be reworked? So that innocent people won't get punished? Or leave a broken system in place?

The point of my post is that you can only be responsible for yourself. Plus i would think that you would almost be impressed that you got these timers too, meaning riot is really cracking down on people who leaves games, which is what many people have wanted for a long time.

Plat isnt always flowers and rainbows, but I will admit i definitely dont miss silver or bronze or gold, with each tier you go up, you have a respectively better experience. However when you play you have 4 random people on your team and they have 5 random people on their team, meaning they are more likely to get an AFK or a troll or whatever, the odds stack in your favor, so the only thing keeping you in bronze is your skill level at the end of the day. Im not trying to be a dick, it sucks your PC crashed and theres nothing you can do about it, but it certainly isnt anyone elses fault either. As for toxicity, its there, and its there to stay pretty much, people get competitive and mad all the time, and the internet makes it just that much easier. Play the game, dont play the players, because you cant control them.

Ok, sure, it can be annoying to lose some LP/be put in a low priority queue when it wasn't your fault at all, just remember it's not Riot's responsibility to see if your connection/PC is stable.

However, I think you are right, I'm pretty sure they can tell if you have purposely dodged or if you have lost connection to PvP.net and recently, when I just got promoted to gold, I was in champion selection and my Ethernet connection just came loose, I therefore lost connection to PvP.net and then obviously couldn't pick a champion as the client was frozen.

I was then Gold V, -3 LP which really annoyed me. Idk, maybe something can be done, but it would have to be thought out carefully and not just rush it to make a system that can be abused (e.g people purposely turning off wifi etc.)

Regardless of the toxicity of the current game, you are responsible for your PC not riot, meaning by entering a game you are confirming that your PC will hold up for the next 20 minutes to an hour, you might not care about the 4 other people that lost LP and you might not care that the enemy team might have not deserved the LP they won you care about your punishment which is clearly stated in the rules, your responsible for your end of the connection, emergencies happen and so does other shit, but its still on you, and you agree to those terms when you hit "play ranked". Also you lose extra MMR when youve lost more games in your current elo than youve won, it means you deserve to rank down basically. And while you may be upset that the guy in your game was SO toxic, there is a mute button, unfortunately for your team there is no "fix your teammates PC" button.

If your computer can't handle LoL, don't play PvP and ruin a game for 9 other players.

If you DC'ed in the middle of a Ranked Game because you loaded the game on a machine you knew might crash, I'd do everything in my power to make sure you got banned or suspended.
