LP compensation

I wrote this suggestion to Riot Support over Twitter, they wanted me to post it here: A suggestion, from someone climbing out of silver. If someone on your team gets banned for toxicity/feeding/or whatever, make a system that undoes whatever you lost. There are some streaks of bad luck where you just get feeder after feeder in your game.

This could work in a number of ways, the easiest way would be something like this, if banned for feeding or being toxic, then a human/smart ai/good algorithm would go through the games the player lost starting from the first report they had against them for a few days before the ban. Once it's determined if that user fed or was extremely throwing in those games, it would give LP to the players on their team that were not queued up with them. It would give at least 50% (hopefully 100%, but just to avoid the chance people could abuse this.) of their lost lp back to them, show them a nice message like, "Someone in one of your recent games was banned, we are sorry you had to deal with that here's x LP."

Games like CS:GO manage to take wins away when you're grouped with a cheater, but never added them if someone on the other team was banned for cheating, I feel like League could implement something to compensate those that lost due to someone intentionally feeding.

PS: I just woke up, so if my grammar is a little bad, I'm sorry.

On the flip side, are you willing to not gain LP if the enemy has a toxic person? Especially if it was a hard fought game and the toxic dude only exploded in the final moments of the game after they lost the final team fight.

Many of the punishments for intentionally feeding are not issued instantly but sometimes hours later, even days in some cases. How do you correct for this?

Furthermore, how do you prevent people afking and taking the LeaverBuster just so their team doesn't lose LP?

Doesn't the CSGO thing only apply if you fail to kick the cheater from the game?
