Servers are down.

So yeah, change your red alert message to, "Our servers are down for matchmaking, We are sorry. " If you try and queue it takes a really long time to "receive Data from server" and you hit cancel, it puts you in a queue, a dead one I am sure, and canceling that does the same thing. THIS IS LIKE THE THIRD TIME this shit has happened. Fix it and give everyone a gift. You are horribly lucky that while this was going on, GoT was on. Or else you'd have many more complaints. Fix your servers Rito. Please. Also fix the hit boxes too some of them are way too dumb.

Wish they were more direct when problems occur. It's usually "we understand there is a issue and are trying to figure it out" No followup at all and doesn't go into really any sort of detail at all. It's like companies want to leave people wondering what it is. Sure knowing what it exactly is isn't gonna auto solve it but they could at least be direct about it so people understand. If I had a server getting DDoSeD if that's their case now I'd say yeah our servers are getting ran right now we are trying our best "not really" to fix the problem by just waiting it out. I'm gonna look up their hosting after I get into a new game when it's back up and see if it is indeed the best possible DDoS protection money can buy or they are just settling for a more mediocre one like many others do.
