Player Patch Notes [MEGATHREAD]
In this game, you create your own patch based on balance changes you would like to see! Rules: 1: Do not reply to someone's patch notes with your own patch notes. Basically, make your own comment. 2: You don't have to make your own patch notes, but please consider uptvoting if you agree with mine. :D 3: Up to 15 champions. 4: NO REWORK CONCEPTS. Champions I will be covering:

Passive: explosion after 3 abilites deals 14% (+ 2% per 100 AP) of their current health instead of maximum health
E: Conflagration
Deals 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+ 40% AP) instead of 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 (+ 35% AP)
W: Burning Agony
Deals 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+ 10% AP) instead of 20 / 27.5 / 35 / 42.5 / 50 (+ 10% AP)
Ultimate: Sadism
Heals for 40/60/80% maximum health instead of 50/75/100% maximum health
Human Q: now slows for 10/15/20/25/30%, decaying over 1.25 seconds.
Human W: Deals 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+ 100% AP) instead of 60 / 105 / 150 / 190 / 240 (+ 95% AP)
Spider W: Changed to 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130% attack speed from 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140% attack speed
W: Seastone Trident
If they target has been marked for at least 2 seconds, the damage dealt is doubled instead of tripled.
E: Playful / Trickster
Cooldown increased to 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 from 16 / 14.5 / 13 / 11.5 / 10
Q: Bladesurge
Cooldown increased to 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 from 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8
Bladesurge cooldown does not reset if the target was marked or dies to bladesurge, but refunds 50/55/60/65/70% of its cooldown.
Q: Nasus gets 12 stacks upon last hitting a turret.
R: Fury of the Sands
Resistances increased to 20 / 40 / 60 instead of 15 / 35 / 55
Human Q: Deals 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 (+ 80% AP) damage instead of 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 (+ 40% AP)
Human Q: Slightly thicker range
Cougar E: Deals 70 / 130 / 190 / 250 (+ 25% AP) damage instead of 70 / 130 / 190 / 250 (+ 45% AP)
Q: Target ranged increased to 1000 from 825
R: Insanity potion lasts for 8/14/20 seconds instead of 25 seconds at all ranks

Q: Noxian Diplomacy range decreased to 400 from 525
Q damaged recuced to 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 (+ 100% bonus AD) from 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 / 165 (+ 110% bonus AD)
E: Cooldown per cast in general increased to 5 seconds
R: Damage decreased to 90 / 130 / 170 (+ 80% bonus AD) from 90 / 135 / 180 (+ 100% bonus AD)
Q: Damage changed to 80 / 135 / 190 / 245 / 290 (+ 50% AP) from 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+ 80% AP) (+base dmg, - ap scaling)
E: Damaged changed to 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 20% AP) (30% AD) from 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 30% AP)
Q: Tiger Stance
Damage reduced to 30/60/90/120/150 (+120% AD at all rankis) from 30/60/90/120/150(+120/135/150/165/180% AD)
W: Turtle Stance
Shield Strength changed to 40/80/120/160/200 (+55% AP) from 60/95/130/165/200 (+50% AP)
R: Phoenix Stance
Cone damaged increased to 40/80/120/160/200 (+80% AP) from 40/80/120/160/200(+60% AP)
Passive: Damage dealt to targets below 50% health reduced to 5 / 6 / 7% of target's maximum health from 6 / 8 / 10%.
Q: Damaged reduced to 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+ 90% bonus AD) from 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 / 220 (+ 90% bonus AD)
