How long until Aatrox rework gets the Kog'maw treatment?

unless you overload his numbers i really don't see how it will work
his kit has no threat in melee range, terrible at killing tanks as a juggernaut, terrible at chasing ranged champions sustain is shit and base stats are shit
0 because that's the chances that has old Aa to come back.
