What do people not understand about grouping?

People just love to run off on their own and get killed by the enemy team, meanwhile im the adc and nobody will come group with me. Our top is always trying to backdoor and he is the only tank we have. like seriously wtf? honestly the people in this game are absolute cancer. I can do ridiculous amounts of damage but it doesn't mean anything when my team thinks they are playing a round of team deathmatch on cod. I'v played one game today and I'm already done. I had it all last game. The jungle that doesnt by , tries to 1 v 4, fails and then wants to surrender for the rest of the game instead of actually playing. The that only pushes top, is our only tank, and never groups to tf. And the , , combo with my that could have easily won us the game if only the other 2 players on the team would group.

BTW that was my first game with I was doing ridiculous damage that could have easily won us the game if I had any kind of peel. I'm seriously getting matched with teammates that don't understand that this is a team game while the enemy team always seems to immediately group mid and push straight to the nexus.
