Why does the game feel abnormally toxic right now?

yeah I agree, I've been here since 2013 and this season just seems insane. Its like the more riot tells us they are cracking down on people they less they actually are.

Garbage matchmaking system. Does the whole 50/50 win lose. Basically they will place you with a sure losing team to balance out the game. Makes people frustrated so they can play over and over again. Either you enter a Sure Win Team or a Team that will get stomped because you have bad players with low mmr in your team.
