Wouldn't It be better If turrets were dealing more damage to the enemy If they are getting hit because they attacked you? Like Turret's are protecting nothing... If I fall enemy laner easily dives me and kills me then gets out... "just stay under turret" stays under turret* enemy Garen comes goes under turret Q E R kills you gets out with more hp than he dived... :D

Turrets are already dealing significantly more damage. It is extremely noticeable.
