What needs to be changed with the new jungle?

I'm pretty sure a lot of people agree that the new jungle needs a lot of fine tuning.

1 thing is the damage the jungle does to you. Used to play Jarvan jungle a lot except now he barely survives the first jungle clear. And a lot of junglers is like this as well.

The second part I want to know is there seems to be less gold going to junglers due to no more conservation stacks. Is this true?

I feel like there just needs to be one camp that when smited gives you enough sustain to make it through the first pass alright, thereby opening up the jungle to far more options.
