How to make Teemo competitive IMO

Firstly, make it so Teemo can store up to 10 mushrooms on Noxious Trap instead of three, and also make the charge receive time 30 seconds at all ranks instead of 35/31/27.

Additionaly, Teemo cannot store mushrooms on Noxious Trap while he is dead, or place them whilst in combat.

Huh? Huh?! Would that do it you think? Hoping for a Red comment!

Teemo is non competitive because of his low Teamfight applications. Not because he doesn't shroom enough.

This would simply buff him into overpowered status in a toxic way for the game.

IMO, they should greatly reduce the amount of shrooms that can be placed. That would be just a step in a more healty direction, but still a step. Then get rid of the single target blind, or at least add a tradeoff to it, and remove the passive magic damage on hit, and get there something else that i am not going to delve on.
