Suggestion for new Champ Select:

I believe with how many champions there are now in the game with an always increasing roster, everyone should have a ban in champ select. Here's how it would be set up:

Pick intent would be done anyway with. Instead, it would be called Ban intent.

Everyone on both teams would be able to see what champs are being hovered for bans, and you'd have about 30 seconds (about how long it takes to ban now) to chose which unique champ you want to lock in to ban. Any champion that's being hovered/has been locked in is grayed out. If you don't lock in a champion, you basically lose your ban and nothing gets banned from your spot on the team.

Then champ select continues as usual.

I feel like pick intent is kind of eliminating communication that you're supposed to be having with your team in ranked. I think the teams that communicate more in champ select should be rewarded. It seems like everyone just gets a pass with the system set up currently. With this, every spot in champ select gets rewarded equally. Everyone gets a ban, while earlier picks have an advantage in taking the leftover powerful champions, and later picks have the chance to counterpick.
