Now you can only play with people one rank tier within yours, i personally think it should be an entire rank, for example, a silver should be able to play with a bronze and a gold, but not plat and above, this way if one friend of yours gets ahead there is more breathing room for you to play together. Only 2 ranks should be allowed in one party though. Example: Say that silver has a gold and bronze friend, he cant play with both at the same time in ranked.
dunkeroni2 votesGiven the new Dynamic queue, they need to narrow down that 'breathing room' so that a silver 1 player doesn't invite 3 of his Gold 1 friends so they can all boost a Bronze 5 into a higher ELO. Before you say that this is unlikely: Riot has already stated that they 'believe' the game should be played with friends, and my friends are all of lower ranks. So this is definitely what I would do for us to all play together.

Balthid2 votesThis is just a bad idea. I have a couple of friends in gold and plat and i myself am in diamond. I could have one plat host the game, then invite me and three golds and just carry them to plat which is a skill level that they are not at and when i am not playing with them they will get rocked.
