What do I max on Gragas? Also AP Gragas or Tank?

I'm about 1K BE from buying Gragas, and I know most people go Q-E-W, but I heard that Q-W-E is fun for some people. I'm planning on playing him jungle or mid, should I max Q-E-W for the jungle and Q-W-E for mid? Also is AP or tank Gragas more fun?

I max QE atm haven't tested QW but heard it's gucci.
