Partial fix to ekko

Could you revert those buffs to his passive where he gains all that movement speed from his passive? I find it absolutely ridiculous how high it can get mid to late game, landing two spells and an auto for up to 600+ move speed because of his ap items as well?

I've even disliked how long it last seeing that I could pull an ekko with Darius E if I remember correctly a 90% slow and he would out power it early game with enough movement to completely dodge a q from just running away.

I always found when he got that buff to be unnecessary, and knew that he was too strong before he became meta and a perma ban, now riot has to keep touching on him buy are babying their way around it. Please just nerf him hard and build him back up. If it's too much just hotfix him like you did Cass and swain for the mage update.
