What happen this patch

What happen this patch? I've been trying to play a game and it keeps crashing on me. I played the game yesterday without a problem game run just fine. Since the new 9.3 update my client has kept crashing every time I try to get into a game. Right after the champion select it tries to open the window to the loading screen, but it won't open. It just says that its "not responding" so I don't know what is going in the background area of the game. I close the program try the reconnect bottom and the process continues. So I have no idea what is going on with the game right now, but anyone having the same issue i'm having right now here. I'm going to send a support ticket and just to see if its the game or my pc having problems.
