Roland - the mist knight

First I would like to start off with as this is more or less as a letter to rito to have a support that is manaless and an excuse to open up more lore about the Ruined King. :D Unfortunately I don't have art for him but I do have ideas.

Roland is a tank support/assassin Q- It would be toggle on or off the kicker is that when its toggle on his autos do no damage, but it will slow the movement and attack speed what ever he his autoing. When its toggle off he gains 10% attack speed.

W-His W maybe be op but the idea is that he binds himself to a champ like Taric but on the % damage of that champ he health steal off of the autos. For example lets say the bonded champ has attack damage of 50 and Roland gets 10% life steal of 50% of the attack damage of the champ, so for each auto of that champ Roland will get 2.5 health back each auto.

E- His E will make him go invisible for X amount of seconds also like Twitch's Q, but it can be reactived again to jump to a small AOE attack like preactive Jhin trap small.

R-Image Trundle's W size Grave's W. That would be it an oversized Grave's W that slows. Useful just easy to explain.

P-every X amount of armor equals 5% cool down redaction to all of his abilities. So like every 100 armor he get 5% cool down redaction.

So yeah that's my idea of a manaless support not to op I think and a few new thing that can be add to the game :).
