There was nothing wrong with old jungle.

There really wasn't - I've been playing in the new jungle and I can't say much on the goodness of it. What your reasoning was directly contradicts with the reality of playing it - good thing devourer is gone, because now afk farming on anyone is perfectly viable and ganking lanes is secondary to leveling the fastest to keep up.

Don't get me started on how weird the small fruit mechanics are, and the fact the river plant is broken as fuck either.

What was wrong with the old jungle was how at any one time, no more than three champions were really competitively viable in jungle, which was directly connected to sustain, clearspeed and utility.

I agree. I believe this jungle change is more for the purpose of change rather than for improvement. With this change rito intends to keep the feel of the jungle position fresh and updated, but that doesn't mean they cant make a mistake in doing so. To me, plants give the jungle a feel of clutter and randomness. In my opinion, season 6's jungle was league of legends peak jungle year by far. Camps offered individuality and proposed a unique learning curve to players of all elo. Moreover, plants offer mobility, vision and sustain which may take away from junglers that already posses these features. What do you guys think?
